The seed of Spiral Lime Garden Design was planted in 2007 by Jo Hull B.A. (Hons), FdSc .

Shortly after her 30th birthday, Jo decided once and for all that after 9 years in the Civil Service, it was time to hit the drawing board once more and get back to her design roots. Three years later, she graduated (again) from Nottingham Trent University with a Distinction in Garden Design. 

With a background in Theatre Design and Neighbourhood Renewal, Jo has swapped the stage for greener landscape, government white papers for gorgeously thick watercolour paper and posh shoes for fab wellies.  (She draws the line at giving up handbags though.)

Since leaving a warm and comfortable office, Jo has been part of the Marshalls Design Team at the Chelsea Flower Show 2008 & 2007, designed & built at the Gardener’s World Live  2006 show, designed show home gardens for George Wimpey and various domestic gardens throughout the East Midlands.

Jo has rediscovered the great outdoors and hopes to find yours too.
